I have a surprise for you: I’ve finally launched my book “Multiple Careers: Quit the Rat Race, Pursue Fulfilling Work”, and as a thank you to my viewers and especially subscribers, I am giving the book away for free!

From Friday, April 21 until Sunday, April 23 (PST), you can get my new ebook for free on Amazon store worldwide.

Multiple Careers ebook

If there’s an Amazon marketplace in your country, you can search for my book there. If there’s no Amazon in your country, you can try to get it on amazon.com.

When you click on the link, you’ll see that it’s $0, and all you need to do is click and download it.

It took me 16 months to write this book, and almost every day, except for weekends, I spent anywhere from 3-5 hours per day on it. I tried to write the best book I could, in the hopes that it can help you to finally pursue the career you really want and that fulfills you.

“Multiple Careers” is currently #1 on amazon.com, in the category Business School Guides, and for a brief time, my book made it to #1 bestseller on amazon.ca in the category Job Hunting.

With your help, it might climb the ranks again.

Every sale counts, and even the $0 downloads are counted as sales. It would mean the world to me if you get the book, and perhaps even share it with your friends so they too can get their free copy. I would really love to hear what you think of it, so if you like, you can leave me a short review on your favorite store.

You might wonder why I as a YouTuber wrote a book at all. It was my own career journey and especially frustrations that prompted me to write this book.

10 years ago, I was sad, depressed, and stuck in a mismatched job. Other people thought I had a successful banking career, but it didn’t matter. I wanted more out of life than a prestigious job, a fancy title.

So I quit my job, I left the rat race–btw if you’re working a 9-5 it doesn’t always mean you’re in a rat race, the corporate environment is just conducive to that–being in the rat race means doing work that’s relentless, and meaningless.

I thought that life was too precious to spend most of my days doing work I didn’t care about. Instead, I wanted to do work that was purposeful and meaningful. So I started exploring my true interests and purpose which led me to pursue careers in acting, independent filmmaking, and content creation. I’ve made a full transition into self-employment, and also fulfilled my dream of moving to Canada.

Well, that’s the short version. More about that, in my book.

If you’re also in a similar spot I was before, stuck in a meaningless job or perhaps just clueless about where to take your career, then my book Multiple Careers can help guide you to a more fulfilling and meaningful career.

You could make a change in as little as a year.

Just imagine doing work that you find meaningful, and aligns with your purpose and values. Doing fulfilling work doesn’t just affect your career, but your whole life. You’ll become happier and more fulfilled in general.

This book is not about theory, but about real-life implementation. It will ask you to take action. That’s why it comes with a free downloadable workbook that helps you really work out your concerns about your career, but more importantly, helps you figure out what you really want.

What career or even careers do you really want to pursue? What would your ideal career look like? Understanding what you’re aiming at is the first step toward a fulfilling career.

Get the book now, and you might just change the course of your career and life.

I wish you a wonderful evening and a relaxed weekend!

Cheers,

Chiu Yen
